returns + exchanges
Wild Abandon offers exchanges only; we do not offer refunds. To exchange a faulty item please send the item unworn in the original packaging. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to make an exchange. The item must be postmarked for an exchange within 7 days. The customer (‘buyer’) is responsible for return shipping both ways. Please send us the package insured & traceable for a documented and safe delivery. Please also include a copy of the invoice.
- For hygiene issue, earrings (including sets) body jewelry, clearance sales and cosmetics are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
- We do not accept returns or refunds for merchandise bought online, in stores or at markets where Wild Abandon jewelry is sold.
- EXCLUSIVE Wild Abandon promotions are non-cumulative and non-redeemable for cash.
- EXCLUSIVE Wild Abandon discounts are not refundable when returning merchandise.
