What You Need to Know About Our Exchange-Only Policy
Wild Abandon offers exchanges only; we do not provide refunds. If you receive a faulty item, you may exchange it by contacting us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, returned in their original packaging, and postmarked within 7 days to qualify for an exchange.
The customer (“buyer”) is responsible for all return shipping costs, including shipping for the replacement item. Please ensure the package is insured and traceable to guarantee safe delivery, and include a copy of your invoice inside the package.
Important Notes
- For hygiene reasons, earrings (including sets), body jewelry, cosmetics, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- We do not accept returns or refunds for merchandise purchased online, in stores, or at markets where Wild Abandon jewelry is sold.
- Exclusive Wild Abandon promotions are non-cumulative and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Exclusive Wild Abandon discounts are not refundable when merchandise is returned for an exchange.
