Sunday, June 3 |10 am to 6pm – between 13 Avenue and Elbow Drive

This free one-day event is the start up to Calgary's vibrant festival season and encourages citizens to shake off their winter blues and reintroduce themselves to the thriving creative community in the city. Thousands of attendees come out to enjoy the unique, pedestrian-friendly venue, offering an array of musical talent, artisan vendors and quality entertainment. Fourth Street is host to over 500 vendors that vary from artisan crafts to imported wares, to community organizations and more​​​​​​.

Working with various organizations, EVSF hosts over 80 artisans and non-profit organizations either promoting their mandates or selling their wares. Throughout the day there will be performances from local musician and performing artists. As this is a family friendly event, we have a featured children’s area that will serve to be an interactive area for all patrons.

it is an opportunity to support Calgary’s Mexican community while encouraging multiculturalism among all Calgarians.
Mexifest aims at attracting attendees from all walks, with a focus on promoting cross-cultural experiences and introducing the city to the finer aspects of contemporary and traditional Mexican culture.


July 26 - 29 | time - Prince's Island Park 
The annual Festival is a four-day family-friendly cultural and musical extravaganza. Some of the 70 artists from Alberta, Canada and the world perform on six daytime and two evening stages in concerts and sessions - unpredictable mash-ups where artists collaborate in unique and unexpected ways, sharing songs and stories.

This could mean a jump in the bouncer for the kids, discovering a great new band, being wowed and amazed by cool street performers, choosing a perfect summer patio or searching for a trendy fashion; there is no shortage of things happening.

Marda Gras is a free family-friendly event, which attracts over 35,000 visitors from all over Calgary. Come and enjoy live music, dance and cultural performances, a fun kids area, unique shopping and lots of great food. There is something for each member of the family and best of all it's no charge to attend.
